Hey, could the country be going bankrupt because because food stamp recipients are so finely attuned to how to maximize the system to their advantage that they'll near clean out an entire Wal-Mart thinking that limits have been removed?

Or maybe we are bankrupt because there are places in America where 15% of the population is on federal disability?
