Yet Another Reminder, We Blew It

Was Mitt Romney right about everything?



Pretty much.  Romney was not exactly my cup of tea, but we had a chance, as a nation, to do something we don't ordinarily get a chance to do.  We had the chance to elect a smart, accomplished and, most importantly, thoroughly decent and moral man to the highest office in the land.  But we failed to do so, and we might not get another chance again for a long time.  The fact that this was also an opportunity to jettison one of the most egregious phonies and pretenders this nation has ever seen, well, that just makes it even more of a tragedy.
