Who the hell is Julia and why am I paying for her whole life?

Yes, the Obamacrats actually are swelling with pride and trying to sell you on a complete cradle to grave existence where you only provide partly for yourself, the rest comes from the government.  Ask the Greeks how that is working out. Anyway, whoever you are Julia, you've come a long way baby, out of patriarchal misery into the sunlight of government wardship.
