Global Warming Still Dead

The main obstacle for environmentalists to achieve their global warming policy goals is that developing nations don't want to hinder their growth into much richer, developed nations.  Brazil is the poster child.  Here is what I wrote a while back.
Hey global warmists, I know you are all energized (or filled with dread and signing up in droves for vasectomies) by the release of the AR5, but this is another nail in your coffin.  Brazil sees extracting this oil as their "space program."  They named their largest oil field after a leftist former president.  They're borrowing hundreds of billions from the Chinese to tap this oil.

Let me repeat.  There will be NO global policy action to address climate change.  Ever.
Well, the latest out of Brazil is that they intend on spending another $150 billion on oil exploration over the next few years.
Exploration and production will receive nearly two-thirds of the 2013-2017 investment budget at $147.5 billion, Petrobras said. The emphasis will be on installing new platforms, with 11 new production units expected to come onstream between 2013 and 2015. Crude-oil output is expected to reach 2.75 MMbopd by 2017, Petrobras said. By 2020, crude-oil output is expected to hit 4.2 MMbopd.
Do these global warming losers really think that the nation of Brazil is going to spend all these billions and then support policy that will make it harder for them to pay it all back and even make a return on that massive investment?

This is on top of that other small problem - nobody believes in global warming anymore.
