Cop Shoots Cop in No-Knock Raid

No-knock raids and SWAT tactics finally backfire on hyper-militarized cops.

A BART police officer was fatally shot by a fellow officer Tuesday afternoon during a probation search in the East Bay, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.
KRON has confirmed that the officer, Tom Smith, 42, a 20-year veteran of the BART police department, was killed in the incident.

It was a probation check?  Why not call first?
