ObamaCare's Repeal

So, last week I predicted that ObamaCare will be repealed or so altered as to represent effective repeal.

Today, Steven Hayward puts a little more meat on that bone in Forbes. Hayward attributes the coming repeal more to scared-shitless Democrats rather than to civic revulsion/disobedience.  Both are factors.
