Prediction: ObamaCare Will Be Repealed
Or altered so much as to effectively repeal it.
Even when people can sign up, whenever that is, they won't. They will refuse to sign up for expensive ObamaCare compliant policies, they will go without. They will refuse to pay the penalty and they will throw a groundswell of political support behind 2014's roster of "repeal ObamaCare" candidates for Congress. The Policy Canceller in Chief will be forced into negotiating reform legislation.
How much opponents of ObamaCare get in those negotiations is hard to predict. It depends on how much leverage they have at that time and how good at negotiating they are. And other factors as well.
But I am not predicting an end result, I am predicting a process - massive resistance, even mild civil disobedience, toward ObamaCare, plus feeble results makes the law as is untenable.
