You Heard It Hear First

I've been saying that "austerity" in Europe, and particularly in Britain, is non-existent.  Now, Forbes is backing me up.

I also noted a while back that no commercial ship with armed guards has been hijacked by pirates even while sailing through the pirate infested waters off Somalia, Nigeria or Indonesia, the world's piracy hotspots.  Today on the WSJ Op-Ed pages we learn that very same tidbit again.
