Constitutional Crisis? I'll Say.

So Mark Levin says we have a constitutional crisis on our hands in re Obama's recent "recess" appointments. I say, add it to the list.

Me on 7/20/10: "Watch this space, this is going to get alot worse before it gets better. I see this as another area, in addition to healthcare, where we could have another constitutional crisis."

Me on 1/26/11: "And something like 10 states are now dredging up an 18th century doctrine called nullification to combat ObamaCare as if plain old lawsuits weren't good enough, which more than half the states are pursuing. If that isn't the early innings of a full-blown constitutional crisis, I don't know what is."

Me on 2/23/10: "So Democrats get sent to oblivion and we don't have to actually live with the bill. Pretty good trade. Although, the constitutional crisis that we will see by virtue of #1 won't be milk and cookies."

Me (at my subtlest) on 2/11/10: "Constitutional crisis here we come."

And finally, me on 12/31/2009: "ObamaCare passes and Texas responds w/federalist driven anti-ObamaCare bill sparking constitutional crisis"

This wasn't hard to see coming folks, the guy was a walking talking constitutional crisis time bomb from the get-go.
