How to Destroy Race Relations

I am not overly sanguine about the direction of race relations in the US as I have stated.  Let me clarify that exactly - I think the state of race relations are relatively good and the historical achievements in race relations have been monumental.  Where we've come and where we are are not the problem.  Where I despair is the direction of race relations from where we are today. 

Why?  Mostly because the racial grievance industry, which is intimately tied up in politics, appears intent on destroying race relations in this country.  It's mostly about rent-seeking now - who gets jobs, who gets money.  Here is an example freshly plucked from the newsosphere.  If we're living in a world where black people get to claim an indignity every time a non-black person gets a job or a black person or group doesn't get a desired goody, relations are bound to go south.  Bald, racially based rent-seeking is more than off-putting, it engenders animosity and, ultimately, countervailing rent-seeking.  The result is a racially based knock-down-drag-out for resources.  That destroys civil society.  Guys like this lawmaker in Georgia are bringing that about.
