Upstate New York Losing Children

Is upstate New York dying?  Maybe not, but it is pretty darned sick.  That's because it is ruled by elitist down-staters and handful of union drones in a handful of dead or dying upstate cities.  There are 8 million New Yorkers would live in one of the reddest states in America if they were freed from the 11 million other New Yorkers who make it one of the bluest states in America.  I've blogged this numerous times, most notably here where THE MAP says it all.
