All Part of the Plan

Anybody on Earth is eligible for Medicaid?  Don't know, but read and decide for yourself.

Why would the government do this?  Even if you are a raging bleeding-heart lib, this level of fraud and waste would take resources away from the priorities that you do care about, right?  Right.  But that is not the plan of the Obamacrats.
