Can Our Ethanol Policy Get Any Crazier? Yes!

Many moons ago, George W. Bush gave a SOTU speech where he dropped a ridiculous sop our silly and destructive "bio-fuels" policy. I said at the time, "Ethanol from Wood Chips and Switchgrass...God Help Us."
