Plus Tax and Tip...and Healthcare

I'm thrilled to see this happening, in fact, I suggested it. Show consumers just how much stupid and/or socialist, nanny-state policies cost them on a regular basis. Shove it in their faces. This is not a "scam" as the article suggests. It's economic reality.
