This Explains Alot

Not that I am normally politically correct around here, but can we cut to the raw for just a second:

Doesn't "severe intellectual disabilities" mean stupid? Or worse, mentally handicapped, what we used to call retarded?  Why is the DOJ actively looking to hire stupid or otherwise incapable people?  

So, is the government actually trying to hire stupid people?
