A majority of Democrats—52 percent—say they seldom or never go to church, according to Gallup data published Monday.the other 48% seem to have a pretty clear hold on the Episcopal Church here in the US. At my church, in eight years from 2000-2008 not once did we pray for "George, our President" while we've prayed for "Barack, our President" nearly every week since January 2009.

I would bring it up with your pastor. I don't mind them praying for Obama but if they do they should be praying for every President no matter which party.
A Local sports radio guy after almost every show says pray for our policemen, firemen and the President. He leans conservative and doesn't like Obama but feels it's the right thing to do.
My mother prays for Obama everyday, even though she dislikes him. I wonder how many Dems. ever prayed for Bush or any other Republican?
