Egypt: Iran Not Enemy, Talks With Hezbollah Welcomed - FM March 29, 2011 Egypt will begin a new phase in foreign relations, including in its ties with Iran, Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Elaraby said March 29 in a news conference, Ahram Online reported.
