Thanks. I will make a note of Bones if I find myself in Hotlanta and in need of red meat. I agree on the perverse carnivore scene in NYC. That is why I generally save up the chits I have with my arteries for when I visit other parts of the country. I can have about 4 meals at Cattleman's in Oklahoma City for the price of one at Sparks - and just as good.
